Eat dead cat

Home sweet home. Back home safely from a four days business trip to Brunei. It was indeed a very very very quiet country with very minimal development. By 9pm, the road will be all empty and you can just lie on the road if you wish lol. A colleague of mine literally sit in the middle of the road and took a photo hahaha. Imagine how dull and bored the life there. Well, I guess the locals are used to it. One of the challenges in Brunei is to find decent food. It's really hard to tell which shops are good because almost all the shops look the same and the food they serve balik balik nasi goreng, mee goreng. Some put all the funny funny ingredients in their food too. Nothing much to share though since we didn't explore the city much. 

The past few days I've been dealing with my emotions caused by somebody at work whom I should call her 'Ms. Nonsense'.  Unfortunately I can't reveal much details about work related issues openly. But she successfully listed herself in my hate list. Seriously, I have no idea what is wrong with her. All the while she is the one who cari pasal with me and blasting me without any reasons. And when I questioned her (based on her nonsense excuses), she couldn't answer and she started humiliating me that I know nothing about lab work. I was asked to ignore and not to reply to her nasty emails and that was what I did. Deep inside I hoped that someone will at least warn her for her bad attitudes. To my disappointment, it's totally opposite from what I'm hoping for. In the end, it sounds more like I am the who is at fault. Speechless.

This incident clearly shows me that the person who knows how to get sympathy, will always win. Even if you are guilty, you only can keep quiet and gulp down all the blames. I'm really disappointed. My new motto in work will be 'Ignorance is bliss' *big sigh*

P.S. I need someone to talk to leh.. the 'dead cat' still stuck in my throat
