As I've mentioned previously, I joined the gym and had been visiting the gym quite often (as compared to never done any exercise before). The first work out with the trainer was good, although I was a little bit slow but I managed to finish the entire session without feeling dizzy. The day after I went again just to do some cardio exercises since the previous session I only did 15 minutes with the minimal 3.5km/hour. Surprisingly I can 'walk' quite long on the threadmill without feeling anything. I increased the speed to 6km/hour.
However, yesterday was a big disappointment :'( We were rushing back from hometown back to KL to join the session. I was in a hurry since morning therefore I didn't eat much. Not to mention that I didn't take breakfast. I only had a few spoons of noodles and 5 fish balls around 12pm. By the time we reached home it was already 2:45pm. So we quickly packed our clothes and rush to the gym. I was feeling really really tired from the travelling and my stomach is empty. But training still had to go on, so I continue with the session. I had a lot of difficulty throughout the whole session, literally no energy and I could feel that I'm getting gastric. In a nutshell, I couldn't achieve what I'm supposed to *sigh*
Feeling really down thinking of my performance. So I compensate back by walking 40 mins on the threadmill and burn off 200 calories after the session. I actually don't feel a thing, weird. For the rest of the evening I can't stop blaming myself for being so useless. Why others can do so well while I can't even do the simplest work out?
This morning I woke up with a sore thighs and neck. Barely can stand, walk or sit. Basically any movement that requires my lower limbs :s I wondered how am I suppose to pose for Wednesday photoshoot. Tomorrow I have another training session leh. Life is seriously full of pain.

Aiyo...when you finish your session ady, do such heavy cardio sure will be super sore :S I think you probably didn't feel much that time coz you were running on adrenaline. ;) Will you be going today? I can't go today...maybe tomorrow I'm heading there. My next session is on Thursday :)
After the session I quickly went to McD had a sundae cone to boost up the energy :P That's y I can continue cardio for so long haha.. But I do realized I can do cardio for quite long but not those workout that requires strenght. The sore actually comes from the session coz I did squat with the 'balak' thingy then steps and balancing while carrying the dumbbells. By right my abs should feel the pain. But I duno how to control my abs muscle so end up all the pain goes to my thighs and neck -.-
Today I wont be going coz I barely can walk lol.. Tomorrow yes but Jack said will design cardio workout for me instead since Wednesday I will be having photoshoot. Otherwise I will pose like a robot. I feel bad also la, can't even do a simple workout yesterday :(
After that will be on Thursday 9-10pm again. This Fri until next Mon I will be travelling to Brunei. So gotta plan this week sessions before that.
Ah ok...then I'll see you tomorrow la if I can make it tomorrow :) Thinking of trying a class tomorrow. Wednesday will see if I can tahan the class anot...haha! My session on Thursday is before yours :D
Gotta postpone tonight's session. Afraid tomorrow really cannot pose for the photoshoot then cham lor. But I will probably go for some light exercise and sit in the steam room :P
