This is what I cooked for our Merdeka Lunch.




Grill Pork Chops with Broccoli and Cripsy Onion Ring. i didn't drizzle the sauce over my pork chop cause i prefer to maintain a bit of the original taste. and that's why i hate most of the steak out there (cheap one especially) not because they are cheap of course cheap is always the best, but they like to cover the entire piece of steak with sauce! are you crazy!! how can you taste the steak when it is all cover with sauce. i order a steak not a pile of sauce =.=!!

i like TGIF JD steak the most!! it tastes heavenly delicious. and the sauce is the king of the sauce i say. how i wish i know how to make the sauce then i will open TGIS (i prefer saturday than friday) lol. (not funny :/)



you think that's all? i cooked green bean soup somemore! and and and i made agar agar also! i did everything from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. quite fast huh? i fried a plate of onion rings, of course not a few slices like in the picture duh.. i'm pretty impress myself. so we had maggi mee for dinner while people shouting 'merdeka merdeka merdeka' out there.
